MEET ILEA NASHVILLE
Our Chapter History
ILEA Nashville has received two Spirit of Excellence awards recognizing the efforts of its chapter. In 2021, ILEA Nashville received the award for Chapter Special Project for their Seek + Employ project. This project helped members gain information on who was hiring in the events industry in Nashville and it allowed those seeking employment to post their information for potential employers to see.
Also in 2021, ILEA Nashville tied for the award for Membership Initiative. Over the holidays, the chapter selected an assortment of self-care items to gift to members to help wind down a bumpy 2020 in the events world. These boxes of items were hand-delivered to each ILEA Nashville member.
In July 2022, ILEA Nashville celebrated 10 years as a chapter.
Chapter Awards + Milestones
ILEA Nashville officially started as a chapter in 2012 with the help of thirteen members of a formation committee. These members included Jacqueline Marko, Amos Gott, Jo Dermid, Stephanie Schultz, Vince Dreffs, Jennifer Jezewski, Shannen Stewart, and Ashley Reed.
In July 2022, ILEA Nashville celebrated 10 years as a chapter.
